OUR COVID POLICIES THAT WILL KEEP YOU SAFE

New Safety Precautions

The health of our patients, doctors, and staff is our top priority as we reopen for essential care needs. As a result, we wanted to take the time to remind you of the precautions we are taking.
  1. Limiting the Number of People in the office: We will be actively limiting the number of patients and exams to adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines.
  2. Temperature Check Upon Arrival: We will utilize a thermometer to take temperatures of everyone (patients and staff) who enters the office and will ask anyone with a fever to reschedule.
  3. Masks are no longer required to enter the office.  However, we do require those being seen for any COVID type symptoms, to wear a mask to protect both our other patients as well as our staff members.
  4. Hand Hygiene: Our staff will wash their hands for 20 seconds after every patient interaction. We ask that upon arrival patients wash their hands. Hand sanitizer will also be available.

To protect your health against COVID-19, we have temporarily stopped: 

1. In-office laboratory services.

In order to offer our patients in-office appointments, while keeping both our patients and our staff safe and healthy, we are asking that everyone abides by the following policies:

  1. If you are experiencing cough, fever, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell, please call ahead before coming in for a clinic visit. You may still be able to still see your physician, but the visit can be done by phone.
  2. If you have a medical appointment, and believe you may have COVID-19 or have had KNOWN COVID-19 exposure, CALL YOUR DOCTOR. Your physician will give you care instructions (i.e. Guiding you through the process of contacting local health authorities for symptoms checking and reporting information.
  3. Masks are no longer required for everyone upon entering our facility.  However, if you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms or are feeling ill, we do strongly encourage wearing a mask to prevent he spread of illness.
  4. If you are exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or if you believe you have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed, we ask you to stay home and call your doctor.
  5. Please limit who comes with you to one person so we can adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines.
